Dave was incredibly honest and respectful of my space and time, flexing to my needs. For home
maintenance tasks Dave did a walk through with me and kept detailed notes on my concerns, and
jotted some of his own down too (at my request). He walked through that list and prioritized it
with me so I could get the most important things within my budget done now and save the
smaller stuff for later.
